USE TEACH

The 35 minute film TEACH is a powerful tool for teacher recruitment. It is intended to give high school and college students a realistic look at the teaching profession as they make decisions toward a career. It is also directed at mid-career professionals, ready to make a change and looking for a satisfying, meaningful new position. And TEACH serves as an important reminder to all teachers - why they matter and why they chose to devote their life to teaching.


Now, for the first time, TEACH is available FOR FREE online in streaming and download formats. We encourage you to watch TEACH with friends and colleagues. Share TEACH with a teacher in your family or a special teacher who made a difference in your life.

Teachers Documentary Project, in association with Creative Commons.org, New Video/Docurama and Active Voice has initiated a nation-wide campaign to fold TEACH online into career resource banks at high schools, community colleges, universities and public libraries.

We are working with education and teacher recruitment organizations across the country to explore how they can use TEACH within their organizations. We urge you to join this effort and link TEACHnow.org to your website.
